Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the job board, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Weekly digest subscribers: your email address, the trades and areas you pick, and an optional name. We record when you confirmed and when you unsubscribed.
- Employer accounts: your email address, your company profile, the jobs you post and billing records from our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
- License verification (optional): license state, license type, license number, status and the date we verified it, plus the date you gave consent. Nothing else.
- Usage counts: we count job views, apply-button clicks and digest opens and clicks so employers can see how listings perform. These counts are tied to listings, not to a profile of you.
Site analytics
To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and, according to its data policy, does not collect personal data. We don't use advertising or tracking scripts.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or export candidate data.
- We do not share your email with employers. When you apply, you go to the employer's own page or email and share what you choose.
- We do not make anything about a candidate public unless the candidate opts in.
The digest uses double opt-in. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and our mailing address.
Deleting your data
Unsubscribe from any digest email, or contact us to delete your subscription, account or license-verification record.
Service providers
We use a hosting provider, an email delivery provider, Plausible for site analytics and Stripe for payments. They process data only to provide those services to us.
