Terms of use

For job seekers

  • Listings are provided by employers or read from employers' own careers pages. We check listings but cannot guarantee every detail; confirm pay, licensing and terms with the employer.
  • License guides summarize primary sources and link to them. They are not legal advice. The issuing state board has the final word.

For employers

  • Post real, open positions in the Mountain West that you are hiring for. Pay you post must be the pay you actually offer.
  • Colorado job postings must include pay (a rate or a range).
  • We may edit, decline or remove listings that are misleading, discriminatory, or not a skilled-trades job.

For API and feed users

  • The public JSON API and feeds are free to use with attribution: name "Mountain West Trades" and link to the listing's page on mountainwesttrades.com.
  • Do not resell the data as a competing job board, and respect the rate limits.

Removal requests

Employers can have any crawled listing removed with a removal request. We act within one week.
